In 2022, Reza led an international team of consultants in carrying out an evaluation of the International Organization for Migration (IOM)'s strategic approach and contribution to the 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development. The evaluation focused on three priority areas of analysis:

• The relevance and effectiveness of IOM’s Migration and Sustainable Development strategy and related action plan vis-à-vis the 2030 Agenda;

• IOM's internal and external synergies and institutional steps taken to contribute to the 2030 Agenda at the global and regional levels;

• The relevance, efficiency, timeliness and impact of the guidance, tools and assistance provided to IOM Headquarters departments, Regional and Country Offices to support the implementation of national sustainable development strategies in relation to migration.
